What ShiftPaybook does

  Weekly, every two weeks, twice a month, monthly or your own cycle. See earnings for the current period and the next payday.

  Compare what you expected with what you received and see possible reasons for a difference worth checking. A difference is not proof of an error.

• Reports and backup

  Export shift reports, pay period summaries and CSV files with Pro. Back up and restore your data as a file that you keep.

Do I need an account to use ShiftPaybook?

No. There is no sign-up and no login. Open the app and start logging shifts.

Where is my data stored?

Only on your iPhone. ShiftPaybook has no servers that receive your shifts, and deleting the app deletes the data it stores. You can also export a backup file yourself.

Is ShiftPaybook free?

It is free to start with one job, unlimited shift records, a calendar, a timer and basic earnings. ShiftPaybook Pro adds unlimited jobs, advanced overtime rules, recurring schedules, PDF and CSV export, the paycheck check and advanced analytics. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency.

Is the pay estimate what my employer will pay me?

Not necessarily. Estimates are gross, before tax, and are based on the rates and rules you enter. Your employer may round, calculate or deduct differently, so use the estimate to check your paycheck against, not as a guarantee.

Does ShiftPaybook work offline?

Yes. The app has no networking code of its own, so logging shifts and seeing your earnings do not need a connection. Only purchases, which Apple handles, need one.

How do I back up and restore my data?

Open Settings in the app and choose the backup option to export a backup file, then save it where you like, for example in the Files app. To restore, choose the restore option in the same place and pick the file. The app checks the file first and applies it completely or not at all. Because there is no account or sync, this file is also how you move your data to a new iPhone.
